Easy setup and control No pressure corrections required RS-232 port
The 444D Daily Constancy Tool is a single-channel photon and electron beam constancy device. It provides a quick, easy and reliable way of verifying relative beam output on a daily basis.
The 444D Daily Constancy Tool has a diode detector embedded in a unit density plastic phantom to detect radiation output. The 444D Daily Constancy Tool can store up to 10 readings of relative dose, relative dose rate, and irradiation time for each exposure. This data can then be easily read on the units dot matrix display. There is no need to enter the therapy room to gather readings between exposures. A blinking light conveniently indicates when the next exposure is ready.
Once the initial setup is complete, there are no special procedures necessary for this portable, battery operated unit.
