The Decay Drum has a handle on each side and the cover has 2 collapsible handles. A sliding door on the cover provides a 7” wide x 3 1/2” deep opening for quick and easy access.

The drum is welded to the base which has four screw-in lockable wheels for easy mobility without tipping.

The inside of the drum is sealed which prevents any leakage of radioactive material between the drum and the lead lining. The inside of the drum is  painted and has no exposed lead.

For ease in disposing of decayed material a 30 gallon plastic liner is recommended.

Two decay drums can be utilized for a rotation system - one for current use and one for decaying material.
