The Elevating Back Support with adjustable Arm Positioner is a stand alone system. It allows leveling of the anterior chest wall in order for it to be more perpendicular to a vertical beam during regional nodal irradiation. It can be used in primary or adjuvant irradiation for breast carcinoma, allowing easy and stable reproducibility of the abducted arm position and an unobstructed access for lateral tangential portals.
