Domestic Terms and Conditions

Orders less than $25.00 will be assessed a $5.00 handling fee.

Prices are in US dollars and subject to change without notice.
Visa and Mastercard are accepted. 
Net amount due within 30 days. A finance charge of 2% of the balance will be added to the balance every 30 days the balance remains unpaid.
Shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice. Shipments are FOB shipping point. 
Quotes are valid for 30 days.

Returns and Credit

Please inspect goods immediately.  Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt. No goods will be accepted for return without prior approval from Radiation Products Design. A return materials authorization (RMA) number is required before returning goods. Returned goods are subject to a minimum restocking charge of 15%, a recrating charge, or both.  Goods must be returned within 60 days of receipt for any credit to be given.

Repair and Modifications

We can repair or modify many products in our shop with our experience in electronics, machining, welding and plastics. Please contact Radiation Products Design before sending any product for repair or modification.

Guarantee

Our products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of shipment. We will repair or replace, at our option, a product that proves to be defective, with normal use, during the warranty period.

Domestic Shipping

Unless otherwise specified, shipments are via UPS ground. Larger items are usually shipped by truck or air freight. Shipments are FOB shipping point. All shipping is prepaid and added to the invoice. If products are damaged in transit, you must file a claim with the carrier.

International Terms, Conditions, and Shipping

Prepayment of products and shipping is required. Standard shipping is door to door when available. Buyer is responsible for all shipping, delivery charges, taxes, duties, import charges, import taxes, and other charges inccurred during shipping. All international orders must be prepaid with Visa, MasterCard, or a bank wire transfer of funds including transfer fees. We will not ship international orders via Parcel Post. Shipments are FCA (Free Carrier). Detailed internaitonal policies.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are non-returnable. Cancellation of a custom order requires a cancellation number issued from Radiation Products Design. If a cancellation request occurs after the start of production the customer is responsible for time and materials to that point of production and will be billed accordingly.

Product Modifications

Radiation Products Design reserves the right to modify the design, materials, and construction of our products to enhance performance or due to factors beyond our control. Specifications are subject to change without notice.

Taxes

State sales tax will be charged on each invoice where applicable. It is customers responsibility to provide tax exemption information.
