This apparatus is designed for proper positioning of the head or face. In the supine position, the head rests on a vinyl sheet suspended between two bars. The vertical height is adjustable to provide proper tilt or leveling of the head. In the prone position, the same device is used for a face rest. The bars are covered with Styrofoam and vinyl and can be moved laterally in or out to provide a secure face rest without hindrance to breathing. Height adjustments are made easily by gear arrangement.
