International policies:
Prepayment of product and shipping is required for international orders.
A 5% handling charge will be applied to all international purchases.
We need preferred freight company and account number. Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are to be paid by your facility at time of delivery. We will not ship international orders via Parcel Post due to the inability to track.
No order is accepted unless complete information is provided including full address and phone numbers.
Please provide us with complete billing and shipping addresses.
Preferred method of payment is a wire transfer, an additional charge of $25.00 is added to your invoice to cover wire transfer fees. Please include an additional $25.00 to the transfer amount.
If the inquiry is originating from a free, web-based, or e-mail forwarding address, payment by wire transfer is the only accepted method of payment.
Additional method of payment for international orders is Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard). Please provide credit card number, expiration date, and cardholder name. Your Credit Card will be charged at the point of customer approval of the Proforma Invoice (Quote), not at the point of shipping the goods.
