DMX1-graph-1 The authors conclude that thermoshield is a desirable material for use in clinical radiation therapy as a compensator or shielding material for photon beams. For electrons Thermoshield acts as a good shielding material. The authors describe a new highly attenuating thermoplastic with extremely desirable physical and radiation shielding properties.
