 An innovative area monitor that includes a built-in GM Gamma detector for monitoring rooms where radionuclides may be present or where devices producing radiation may be located.
The unit includes a remote alarm that is tethered to the primary alarm. The remote alarm includes a digital timer that keeps an integrated log of exposure time, and can be reset by the user. This feature can be useful for routing patient safety QA or as a stopwatch in the event of an emergency.
