Adjustable Tungsten Electron Eye Shield for Iris.

The Tungsten Eye Shield has a 12 mm diameter and is 10 mm thick.

The eye shield is attached to a 5” long plastic rod, which connects to a clamp on the support rod.  The support rod screws into the electron cerrobend mold.

The tungsten eye shield sits approximately 5 mm above the eye.  The patient should be instructed to stare at the bottom of the eye shield, which can be marked with a white dot using white-out.  Dental wax can be used if build-up is needed.

This eye shield is supplied with two support rods measuring 3.8cm and 9cm in length. These rods create the option to treat at an extended distance.

To use the Adjustable Tungsten Eye Shield it must be mounted to the electron cerrobend block by drilling a hole through the electron cerrobend block.  Instructions and mounting tools are included with the Adjustable Tungsten Eye Shield.
